Terrace Resort

Spanning a sprawling 14,000 m² coastal property, this resort project brings together private luxury villas, wellness spas, and dining spots into one connected layout. The design focuses on fluid indoor-outdoor spaces, natural stone textures, and deep overhangs to keep things comfortable in the local climate. Created entirely as a 3D visualization project using 3ds Max for the core architecture, Blender for the organic terrain, and Cycles for the lighting and rendering, the visuals capture realistic sunlight, custom material shaders, and true depth.
